2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and invoice must be included
- Unboxing video is recommended and may be required for claim approval
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variations (due to lighting/screen differences)
- Product used or damaged by the customer
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
4. Exchange Policy
We primarily offer product exchange.
- Exchange available for the same product OR
- Any product of equal or higher value

- Reverse pickup may not be available in all locations
