2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and invoice must be included
  • Unboxing video is recommended and may be required for claim approval

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color or design variations (due to lighting/screen differences)
  • Product used or damaged by the customer
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

4. Exchange Policy

We primarily offer product exchange.

  • Exchange available for the same product OR
  • Any product of equal or higher value

5. How to Request a Return / Exchange

To initiate a request:

    • Issue details
    • Photo/video proof (including unboxing if available)

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are required to ship the product back at their own cost
  • Reverse pickup may not be available in all locations

👉 If reverse pickup is available, a ₹250 fee may apply

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

  • Replacement is not available, OR
  • Product is out of stock

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days after approval

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible:

  • Personal-use accessories

  • Selected clearance or special-discount items

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photo/video proof
